2. Online Store and Merchandise Sales
By placing an order through the Site, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Pricing & Currency: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.

Taxes: Applicable sales taxes (such as HST/GST for Canadian residents) will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping destination.

Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our merchandise accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue items at any time without notice.

3. Shipping and Delivery
We process orders directly from Hamilton, Ontario.

Fulfillment: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Risk of Loss: Once an item is handed over to the shipping carrier (e.g., Canada Post, UPS), the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.

International Orders: For orders shipped outside of Canada, the customer is strictly responsible for any local import duties, customs fees, or taxes applied by the destination country.

4. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Apparel and Physical Merch: We accept returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

Music & Final Sale Items: All sales of digital downloads, opened vinyl records, CDs, and items marked as "Final Sale" are final and non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).

5. Third-Party Links
This Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Spotify, Apple Music, DistroKid, or social media platforms) that are not owned or controlled by Mindi Scott. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
